Azealia Banks Says Cleotrapa will Be Performing At Her Show Following Tour Drama With Ice Spice: “She Will – Be Paid, Have her Own Space To Glam”
Azealia Banks has got Cleotrapa’s back! The “212” artist publicly expressed her support this morning amidst the ongoing drama between Cleo and her former friend Ice Spice. This announcement comes after Cleotrapa shared her disappointing experiences while touring with Ice Spice, where she alleged that she was mistreated.
As we previously reported, Cleo hopped on TikTok for a story time and claimed that she received short notice to prepare for the tour and was not provided with a dressing room, hotel accommodations, or meals. This treatment was particularly disheartening for her, especially since Ice Spice had previously promised that she would be taken care of during the tour. In response to Cleo’s allegations, Ice Spice labeled her as “ungrateful” and claimed that she was “careerless.” Additionally, Spice’s manager weighed in by suggesting that Cleo’s team should have managed the logistics more effectively prior to agreeing to join the tour.
Amidst this unfolding situation, Azealia Banks took to social media to express her solidarity with Cleotrapa. She announced that Cleo will be performing with her on Halloween at Terminal 5 in New York City. Banks emphasized that Cleotrapa will be compensated fairly, provided her own space to prepare, and granted any requests she has on her rider.
