#Socialites, join us in sending prayers to the family, friends and fans of Atlanta rapper Trouble DTE, who has sadly passed away at age 34. Family and friends confirm he was shot and killed his car last night. The rapper is survived by his family and two small children.

Who Was Atlanta Rapper Trouble DTE?
The rapper, who was born Mariel Semonte Orr on November 4, 1987, was known as Trouble (Trouble DTE or Trouble MMB) and also nicknamed Skoob.
At age 14, Trouble began rapping and in April 2011, he dropped his debut mixtape, ‘December 17th.’ The project would go on to make Complex Magazine’s list for “The 25 Best Mixtapes of 2011,” hitting the 23rd spot.
Featured on the mixtape were rappers Yo Gotti, Waka Flocka Flame and Trae tha Truth, plus more. In August 2011, Complex Magazine again featured Trouble and included him in its “15 New Rappers To Watch Out For” list. Then in 2013, he was acknowledged by XXL Magazine and made its list for “15 Atlanta Rappers You Should Know.”

In 2016, Trouble had really hit mainstream when he jumped on fellow Atlanta rapper YFN Lucci’s track “Key to the Street,” which also featured ATL rap group, Migos. The song would go on to peak at number 70 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
In 2017, Trouble then signed with producer Mike Will Made It under his Ear Drummer Records label, housed under Interscope Records.

Trouble DTE”s Family & Friends Confirm He Was Shot & Killed
On the morning of Sunday (June 5), reports broke out about the rapper being killed the night before. Confirms would begin to roll in with reports claiming his sister confirmed the news.
Following, friends and even ex-girlfriend Alexis Skyy would also confirm and pen their condolences on social media.
Alexis Skyy took to her Instagram and shared a photo of the former couple. Under it, she captioned the post, “Never would have imagined getting the call this morning. Lost for words [broken red heart emoji]. Sorry this happen[ed] to you Skoob … Praying for your kids and family [prayer hands emoji].”
Bow Wow also took to his Instagram and sent his condolences. He shared a post on his Instagram Story that read, “Trouble was my dawg! Pulled up anywhere I was at. Didn’t care if it was last minute. He was there. I can’t believe this … What is going on man! My condolences to his family. Bro had kids man!”

Young Scooter also sent his condolences and shared a picture of Trouble on his Instagram Story. He wrote on the post, “Dam Skoob rest up my boy 😤😤😤😤😤”
DJ Trap-A-Holics also took to his Twitter to send out condolences as well. He shared a photo of the rapper and said, “Damn Skoob. I hate I’m posting this right now. They an’t playing fair out here no more. Fly high my bro [angel emoji] #RIP Trouble Trouble.”
Additional reports claimed that the rapper was going to see a female friend when he was shot and killed while sitting inside of his car.
