Arrest Delays In Megan Thee Stallion & Tory Lanez Shooting Cause ‘Concern’
While it’s been two months since the Megan The Stallion and Tory Lanez shooting incident, sources tell PageSix that there’s now a cause for concern as an arrest continues to be delayed.
A source tells the publication that the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office has been given all necessary evidence to move forward with the case and obtain an arrest warrant; this includes, the 911 call, videos, text messages, witness statements and medical records.

They say, “This case is open and shut and I’m very concerned that we’re still lingering here. ’s not being treated with the same level of resources and focus as if it was a white college student.” They add that despite initial reports that Meg was cut by glass, medical records prove she suffered “gunshot wounds” on the night of the attack. The source affirms, “This is not in dispute.”
In July, a source told the publication that Meg wasn’t going to name an assailant. “Megan wasn’t going to name names, she wasn’t going to go there — she wasn’t planning on talking to police. She was protecting herself. People in her camp and in Tory’s camp shut everyone down so fast you could barely blink. But there were lies that were being spread and she wasn’t going to stand for it.”
However, after numerous reports of various theories, the Houston rapper jumped on Instagram live to set the record straight. She boldly admitted, “Yes, this n***a Tory shot me. You shot eme, and you got your publicist and your people going to these blogs lyin’ and sh*t. Stop lyin’. Why lie?”
