Ari Fletcher has officially announced the branding of her “Remedy By Ari” cosmetics line, revealing she is “letting go of the name” after accusing her former manager of locking her out of the business accounts.
About a month ago, Fletcher, born Ariana Fletcher, warned fans not to shop her beauty line after learning her former business manager and cousin, Britney “Brit” Scott, allegedly locked her out of the company accounts.
On March 25, Fletcher took to her Instagram with a video advising fans and Remedy By Ari customers to stop shopping until further notice.
“Aye, so, everybody—whoever—do not shop, don’t buy anything from Remedy. My manager, my old manager, will not give me access to any of my stuff that has my passwords, my money, all my sh*t. Do not buy anything from Remedy. Don’t shop on there. Do not—none of that. Until I get on here and I tell you that you can shop with Remedy, don’t buy anything. Not one—don’t—nothing. Hopefully, you’re able to get your stuff. But, as of right now, today, do not shop, don’t buy anything at all from Remedy. Nothing.”
She captioned the post, “DO NOT SHOP OR BUY ANYTHING UNTIL I GET ACESS TO ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS!!!!! ANY COMPANIES THAT I HAVE CONTRACTS WITH THAT I HAVEN’T ALREADY SPOKE TO CAN CONTACT ME DIRECTLY HERE.”

The next day (March 26), Fletcher updated everyone about the situation. She went back on Instagram, sharing the update on her Story. She explained that her lawyer told her to remove the video of her warning fans “not to shop” Remedy. She said, “legally,” she couldn’t leave the post up about her business partner. However, she explained that she and her team were handling everything behind the scenes.
“My lawyer told me that I have to, ‘legally,’ I have to take down the video of me saying, ‘Not to shop.’ But, I just want to let y’all know that I still do not have access to it. Everything has been changed from me. I don’t have access to my Twitch, to my YouTube accounts, to nothing. Everything has been changed. Child. Don’t worry about it, we’re getting everything back. We not—that’s like the least of the worries. But, I don’t want y’all to think ‘cause I took the video down, you know what I’m saying? So, everything is being sorted out. Big Ari The Don is handling it.”
Ari Fletcher Rebranding ‘Remedy By Ari’ Cosmetics Line After Accusing Former Business Manager Britney Scott Of Locking Her Out Of Company Accounts
Fast forward to today (April 22) when Fletcher took to her Instagram to offer fans another update. She announced that she is rebranding her cosmetics line and preparing another great launch. She said, “This is not an ending. This isn’t a replacement. This is an evolution.” In the caption, she wrote, “I’m not losing my brand, I’m protecting it.”
“To my beautiful supporters, this isn’t easy for me to say, but I’ve always promised to be real with you. As many of you know, I built something very special with Remedy. It wasn’t just a brand, it was a reflection of healing, confidence, and the love I poured into every product. But behind the scenes, I was in a business situation that no longer aligns with my values or the trust I stand on. Because of that, I’ve made the difficult decision to let go of the name Remedy. And while that’s emotional for me, I want you to know this:
THIS IS NOT AN ENDING. I’m not letting go of what we built together. The products you love, the quality, the intention, the energy, that’s all still here. If anything, it’s stronger now. I’m taking everything that made Remedy special and bringing it into something new… something that truly represents me, my vision, and what you deserve.
THIS ISN’T A REPLACEMENT. THIS IS AN EVOLUTION. A new name, a new chapter but the same heart behind it all. Thank you for trusting me, growing with me, and supporting me through every step. I promise you, what’s coming next is even better. With love, Ariana.”
