Are You Here For This? People Magazine Names Paul Rudd As 2021′s Sexiest Man Alive
Welp, People Magazine has crowned Paul Rudd as the Sexiest Man Alive this year!
The actor who’s best known for his roles in Marvel’s “Ant-Man” films, “This is 40” and “Clueless,” was revealed as this year’s choice Tuesday night while he appeared on CBS’ ”The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
In his cover story, Rudd said that some will be surprised by him receiving the honor as the magazine issue is set to come out this Friday: “I do have an awareness, enough to know that when people hear that I’d be picked for this, they would say, ‘What?’” he said. “This is not false humility. There are so many people that should get this before me.”

Now that he officially has the title, Rudd explains what he expects out of his new “sexy” life. “I’m hoping now that I’ll finally be invited to some of those sexy dinners with Clooney and Pitt and B Jordan,” he says. “And I figure I’ll be on a lot more yachts. I’m excited to expand my yachting life. And I’ll probably try to get better at brooding in really soft light. I like to ponder. I think this is going to help me become more inward and mysterious. And I’m looking forward to that.”
Last year’s Sexiest Man Alive was Michael B Jordan. Other past honorees include John Legend, Dwayne Johnson, Chris Hemsworth, Idris Elba, Adam Levine, Channing Tatum and David Beckham.
