The news was announced on Monday by the Canadian singer who said he wanted to launch his own range of cannabis products to help remove the stigma associated with weed. He also hopes it could help people with mental health problems.
“I’m a fan of Palms and what they are doing by making cannabis approachable and helping to destigmatize it – especially for the many people who find it helpful for their mental health,” Bieber said in a statement about his new partnership. “I wanted to make sure that I was doing something with them that felt genuine, and Peaches felt like a good place to start.” Palms, which specializes in pre-roll joints, will be selling Bieber’s joint packs for $32.
A portion of proceeds from the Peaches joints will go in part to support organizations Veterans Walk and Talk, and Last Prisoners Project, Eaze Momentum Accelerator.
