During CNN’s “New Year’s Eve Live” coverage Cohen unloaded on the ex-mayor even despite co-host Anderson Cooper pleading with the Bravo personality not to “go on a rant.”

“Do his victory lap dance after four years as the crappiest term of the mayor of New York,” Cohen stammered. “The only thing that Democrats and Republicans can agree on is what a horrible mayor he has been. So, sayonara sucker!” Cohen later took to Twitter to share an excuse for his hilarious behavior. He tweeted, “🌧 good morning! 🌧. Um, I was a bit overserved last night…. 🥴”
