Amish Brothers Receive NO Jail Time For Having Sex With 12-Year-Old Sister

Two twisted Amish brothers from Missouri have avoided any jail time despite admitting to having sex with their 12-year-old sister and impregnating her.

The Webster County Citizen, reports that a doctor alerted authorities after noticing that the young girl was pregnant. She revealed that four of her brothers had been having sex with her, the oldest two, Aaron Schwartz, 22, and 18-year-old brother Petie confessed to police about having sex with their sister multiple times.

Webster County Prosecutor Ben Berkstresser revealed that the young girl gave birth a few weeks ago, and one of her four brothers is the father.

The pair reached a plea deal of 15 years in prison, however, it was suspended to keep them out of jail.

The prosecutor claimed it was a “different relationship” than that of a “parent in a position of authority sexually abused or exploited their child.”

“These two young men would’ve been eaten alive in the state prison system,” Berkstresser added. Apparently, the Amish “had punished all four of the boys” already and “made it clear that this punishment was very severe.”

“All of them had sexual relations with their sister,” the prosecutor said. “There is no question this occurred.”

Instead of prison, they will complete the Missouri Sex Offender Treatment Program (MOSOP) and  100 hours of community service.

“Both young men must write a letter to me, explaining how they are going to protect their children from this happening to them,” Berkstresser added. “They have 30 days to get this letter to me.”
