Amber Heard And Elon Musk Were Allegedly Tied In A Legal Battle Over Frozen Embryos After Johnny Depp Split

In case the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial wasn’t already thrilling enough, a new court statement obtained by Radar Online claims that the Aquaman star and Tesla CEO Elon Musk were caught up in a hefty legal battle following a disagreement over whether the frozen embryos they created would be destroyed after the relationship ended. Amber began dating the billionaire tech mogul soon after calling it quits with Johnny Depp, but according to Jennifer Howell, the former boss of Amber’s sister, Whitney Henriquez, who testified in the defamation case on Wednesday, Elon, too, was accused of being abusive.

Jennifer said she had spent a reasonable amount of time with Amber’s mother, Paige, who engaged in a thorough conversation about the Texas native’s former relationship with Elon and how the pair’s romance appeared to have been no different from how things played out while Amber was with Johnny. “Paige told me that Amber said Elon was controlling, abusive, and that she was in a legal battle with him over the rights to embryos that they had created together,” Jenner recalled.

She vividly remembered being told that after Amber and Elon went their separate ways, the 50-year-old, worth a reported $230 billion, wanted the embryos to be destroyed, though the actress was adamant she would keep them regardless. “Paige also told me the reason Johnny and Amber broke up was because Amber was violent and emotional and loved Johnny so much that she could not control it,” Jennifer continued in her statement. Amber has since went on to welcome a daughter named Oonagh Paige via surrogate in April last year. She’s never revealed who the baby’s father is, nor has she specified if she knew the donor personally.

Earlier this week, during cross-examination, Amber was put in the hot seat after being confronted with a series of questions from Johnny’s attorney Camille Vasquez, who quizzed the 3 Days To Kill star about allegations she had previously assaulted her ex-girlfriend Tasya van Ree to imply Amber had been violent long before her volatile marriage to Johnny.

“You committed domestic violence against Ms Van Reed didn’t you?” Camilla asked, to which Amber said, “No, I did not.”
Camille then asked, “You assaulted her at a Seattle airport in 2009, didn’t you?” prompting Amber to state, “No, I did not […] It was planted in the press by Johnny’s team days after I got the TRO. Not coincidentally. This is another example of the smear campaign.”

Johnny’s lawyer then begged to raise the question of whether Amber had ever assaulted any of her exes in past relationships, though she vehemently denied ever having found herself to get physical with a former flame. “I’ve never assaulted any partner. I’ve never assaulted Mr Depp or any other person I was romantically linked to, ever.”
