While taking to social media a week ago, a woman who goes by Megan Fox, shared a video of an Amazon truck driver trying to exit their roundabout driveway in the company’s huge navy delivery truck. The video begins with the driver’s back wheels hanging off the cement and into the customer’s front yard.
After putting the truck in reverse, the clip jump-cuts to show the Amazon driver with all four wheels on the pavement, but again reversing to now clear object from in front of the truck. As the driver puts the truck into reverse again, viewers can now see that there is a small patch of grass in the middle of the circular driveway, which the driver runs right through.
The customer catches the Amazon driver running the delivery truck’s right rear tires into the grass patch to reverse and again to pull forward, now freely exiting the customer’s driveway. However, by the end of the driving disaster, the Amazon customer’s yard and driveway look a mess, with mud and tire tracks all over.

In an initial caption, the customer wrote, “I can’t make this sh*t up. I saw this happening inside. I went out and tried to help her navigate the turn. And she snapped on me. She told me to get the f**k away from her, among other things. At that point, I decided I wasn’t helping someone that would disrespect me and then do this to my property. I know the driveway is small, but there are other solutions!! #DoBetter #Amazon.”
In a second, updated caption, the customer wrote, “I can’t make this sh*t up!! Then, she proceeded to call me an ugly a** f***ing b*tch!!! Umm, excuse me hunnie the only thing that is ugly is your attitude and driving. #DoBetter #Amazon #CantMakeThisUp #Bad #Driver #Attitude.”
While taking to the comments, the customer responded to various questions from viewers wanting to know more about the Amazon driver situation. One person told her to file a complaint, noting it had happened to them and they were reimbursed. The customer confirmed they did that the same day. She told another user, “I have contacted [Amazon]. This is the second time they have done this. The first time, I reported and never heard anything back. This time, I have video proof.”
Meanwhile, another user exclaimed, “She is FIRED!,” prompting the customer to respond, “Her behavior was scary, honestly. Something needs to happen.” The customer again noted they contacted Amazon, adding, “I have received 4 emails already.”

The Amazon customer also updated users and let them know that the their front yard (driveway and grass patch) is being restored after the driver ran it over. She said, “It’s getting fixed the way it should have been done to begin with this weekend.” Another user played devil’s advocate and asked the customer what are the “other solutions” that the Amazon driver could have applied being that the driveway was creatively built.
The customer replied, “Well…. we didn’t build it. Also, there is a concrete spot next to the carport for her to back onto. She could back in. She could even walk. OR leave it. And worst case she marks it undeliverable. I mean I would, instead of wrecking someone’s property.”
Another user wondered if the customer had given explicit delivery instructions being that her driveway was built differently. The customer responded, “There are notes in there that they can’t fit easily down my driveway and to either leave or walk down. Maybe next time just ask some questions. I would be happy to answer them.”
