Itzel Ramirez,21, delivered a package on Thursday and was confronted by a 67-year-old female customer about the package. The moment was captured on video where it shows Ramirez calling the customer a ‘b–ch’ and called her out about white privilege before throwing multiple punches. The Alameda County Sheriff’s Office said the victim had visible injuries and a broken nose after Ramirez hit her in the back of the head and face.
According to the victim’s landlord, the woman received an alert about her package and the notification said it was delivered but there was nothing in the lobby. She asked Ramirez about its whereabouts and the two women started arguing.
