Whew! Ariana Grande is living by her song! The “Thank U, Next” singer is reportedly already on to a new man after recently splitting from her husband Dalton Gomez.
According to TMZ, the entertainer is reportedly now dating Ethan Slater — who plays Boq in the film adaption of the Broadway musical Wicked which she also stars in, starting dating each other several months ago during production of the show, TMZ notes.
Now before y’all start jumping to conclusions, Ariana and Dalton have been separated since January although the news recently just broke earlier this week. A source tells the outlet that Ariana and Dalton remain friendly, and he’s been dating as well.
Giving more insight into her new relationship, a close source told Us Weekly, “Ariana and Ethan are dating; however things are fairly new. Ariana and Dalton split in January, and Ethan is separated from his wife. Ariana and Ethan have only recently begun seeing each other but they have a lot of fun together and are enjoying each other’s company.”
Rumors regarding their relationship status began swirling back in August after the singer posted a TikTok in which fans noticed she wasn’t wearing her ring. “I’m just not wearing my wedding ring, it’s getting cleaned. I’m not getting a divorce before you start, don’t,” she said in the video.
A source close the ex-couple told TMZ that Ariana’s and Dalton were actually “shocked” people didn’t find out sooner that they broken up.

The two have been married for two years.
They tied the knot in a “tiny and intimate” ceremony with less than 20 guests on May 15, 2021. They kept that under wraps but she eventually shared pics from her wedding on Instagram and captioned it “5.15.21.”
While everything seemed to have been going all smooth with their marriage, new report claimed that Ariana and real estate agent Gomez split because they realized they couldn’t make their relationship work in a “post-COVID world.” It was said that COVID really helped build a good foundation for the couple when they first started out. However, once the COVID restrictions were lifted, their hectic real lives started to become a challenge for them.
The source said sometimes Dalton would question why they needed to go around town with security guards. For obvious reasons, the megastar who has millions of fans uses them for extra protection. TMZ reports that Dalton has been dating over the last few months, which was fine completely fine with Ariana.
The two plan on divorcing down the line but until that happens they seem quite content with their lives right now.
