“So I’m in my own little world with support from almost no one, to be in love with someone I’ve fallen in love with. How does that make sense? It doesn’t. We all want to live in a world where everyone is accepted for being and loving and living the way they choose to live.”
I will support any person that wants to live in a world that they want to live in. I’ll support a racist person to live in a world that they want to live in. They don’t have to be around me.” Alfonso tells atlantablackstar.com
Back in the fall the cast reunited and all sat together reminiscing about the great memories of the show and also paying tribute to Uncle Phil actor James Avery. Who passed away back in 2013. Even Janet Hubert (Aunt Viv) attended the reunion despite the issues that taken place with her cast members including Will Smith. Apparently they before the reunion they haven’t spoke in two decades.

Regardless of their differences Hubert tweeted, I am so thankful for all the love being shown and the understanding.” In a second tweet she says, “will and team let me participate in whatever I wanted and felt comfortable doing. After 27 years of disconnect we are all different people. It was great seeing everyone, life is too short!”
Alfonso, I can’t really say that I know how you feel with you marriage. My daughter, (white) ended up Marrying a black girl and my daughter is the husband. that really tore me up when I found out about that. if my daughter has accepted it then I have to accept it. I don’t see them much as a couple my daughter comes over by herself. they are having problems in their relationship to abusive language that the black girl uses towards the white girl and I don’t appreciate it but if my daughter needs to live that way then she loves her and she tells me so. in this world today there are plenty of black and white couples and there’s no need to be racist.
lesbian marriage on top of being a mixed race marriage ur daughter needs to leave because any type of abuse is NOT good
My God. So many issues…let it go people, just LET IT GO!!!! Let them live and love.. live their lives and be happy!!!
LOVE DOESNT HAVE A COLOR.
No one is all black or all white, we are are interracial. God made us all different shapes, sizes, and colors for a reason. AND HE SAID, “THAT IT WAS ALL GOOD!!” That’s it and that’s all..❣️❣️❣️
