Looks like Jonah Hill’s lawyer is calling cap on the allegations made by former Nickelodeon star, Alexa Nikolas. As we previously reported, the Zoey 101 actress claimed that Jonah kissed her without her consent when she was 16-years-old and he was allegedly 24 at the time.
Jonah’s lawyer Martin Singer is now firing back at the allegations. In a statement to USA Today, Singer said that the claims were “a complete fabrication.”
“It never happened,” he added, saying that the story was “based on a source who is demonstrably unreliable. Your source is a serial accuser who has made assorted accusations against multiple men in the entertainment industry. That includes a claim she made for ‘sexual assault’ against her ex-husband that she later voluntarily withdrew after she got some media attention.”
Jonah Hill’s name began being in headlines after text messages were leaked by Jonah Hills ex, Sarah Brady where she shared a series of text messages allegedly from Hill asking that she delete certain photos from her Instagram account and refrain from spending time with certain people to respect his relationship boundaries. Following those leaked texts Alexa then came forward accused him of something as well.
“After reading Sarah Brady’s admirable post about #JonahHill I just gotta say when I was 16 I got invited to a house party at #justinlongs house where he was living with some lame predator actor from CSI Miami. I’ll look up the name later and find him.” She tweeted.
She claimed that everyone in party knew she and her friend were minors but we’re making them drink a lot of alcohol. Then she goes on to detail what happened when she wanted a cigarette from Hill. “Just to note #JonahHill said if I wanted the cig I had to come with him outside to get it. He didn’t wanna go “all alone”. They were all aware I was 16.” She followed up with another tweet reading, “#JonahHill didn’t hand me the cig which I thought was weird and then as we walked back to the door I asked him for it and he said nothing but slammed me to the door and shoved his tongue down my throat. I was so appalled I pushed him off of me and ran inside.”

Nikolas also called out Long in her thread for his alleged inaction. “Hey Justin Long I find it interesting you being in Barbarian as a predator. It must have been weird playing some of your friends. You knew your roommate was assaulting a minor under your own roof. You let it happen. Eek. I hope you regret it now,” she wrote.
The actor has previously spoken out about not feeling “safe” or “protected” by Nickelodeon on the set of Zoey 101, which was helmed by controversial director Dan Schneider (iCarly’s Jennette McCurdy also detailed negative experiences working on Schneider productions in her recent memoir I’m Glad My Mom Died.) These experiences led her to create the art-based organization Eat Predators in 2022, which speaks out against predatory behavior in the entertainment industry.
