Alex Rodriguez Has Reportedly ‘Come to Terms’ That He Won’t be Reuniting With Jennifer Lopez Amid Ben Affleck Smooch Session
While Jennifer Lopez has been canoodling with Ben Affleck, it seems that Alex Rodriguez is finally moving on!
A source spoke to ET and revealed that A-Rod has decided to finally move on despite initially having hope that he and Lopez would get back together since breaking off their engagement in April.
“When they first split, he wanted to work things out, and still held on to hope that he and J.Lo would get back together,” the source said. “He’s come to terms with the fact that it’s over now.”
After seeing Lopez and Affleck in the press, Rodriguez has decided to focus on himself and his children.
Another source previously noted,
“Jennifer and Alex have remained in contact after breaking up and have even seen each other since the split. The two plan to remain friends and are also in business together,” the source said at the time. “Alex understands that Jennifer is single, but felt shocked by [her and Affleck’s] quick meetup. At the end of the day, Alex wants Jennifer to be happy, but the way everything has unfolded doesn’t sit well with him.”
