Alabama Man Sentenced To 600 Years For Sexually Exploiting Children Under 5
Matthew Miller, a 32-year-old Tuscaloosa, Alabama man, has been sentenced to 600 years in prison for sexually exploiting children under 5 years old.
On Friday (Oct. 2), U.S. District Judge Scott Coogler ordered Miller to 7,200 months in prison after he was charged with 20 counts of enticing two children under the age of 5 to engage in sexually explicit conduct in order to produce child porn. The indictment says Miller enticed the children between 2014 and February 2019.

In October 2019, Miller pleaded guilty after a search of his electronic devices ended with a discovery of 102 pornographic images of the children. Additionally, Miller is still facing a state sodomy charge, accusing him of having sex with a child younger than 12 last year.
FBI Special Agent Johnnie Sharp Jr. said in a statement, “The crimes for which Miller has admitted guilt are not only disturbing, they are sickening, and his actions robbed these children of their childhood. I am proud of the work of the FBI on this case, and I applaud the sentence handed down today, as Miller will spend the rest of his natural life behind prison bars.”
