Al Pacino’s girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, has recently filed for custody of their 3-month-old baby boy, Roman, it has been revealed. According to Entertainment Tonight, it seems that despite their previous public appearances and seemingly strong relationship, things have taken a different direction for the couple since welcoming their bundle of joy three months ago as Alfallah is requesting full custody, but she is also said to be open to Pacino having reasonable visitation rights, per the court documents. Additionally, she wants the actor to be granted “reasonable visitation,” indicating that their split may have ended on bad terms.

Pacino’s publicist has vehemently denied claims that the couple have broken up despite Alfallah’s court filing, stating that they are supposedly still together. “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman,” his publicist Stan Rosenfield said. “They are together.” But when asked why Alfallah filed the legal documents, Rosenfield added, “That is a question for Noor.”

Additionally, Alfallah wants Pacino to cover her attorney fees and “any other court-related costs.” Over the summer, TMZ reported how the Hollywood star allegedly requested the mother of his newest child to take a paternity test to prove he was, in fact, the father. This was because Pacino was previously under the impression he couldn’t have any more kids due to medical issues causing infertility.

It is worth mentioning that Pacino already has three other children from previous relationships, further highlighting the complexity of this situation.

At 29 years old, Noor Alfallah made headlines when she filed a request for full physical custody of her child with 83-year-old Al Pacino. In her filing, she expressed her desire for the actor to have “reasonable visitation rights.” It is clear that Alfallah is determined to ensure her child’s best interests are protected while still allowing Pacino to maintain a relationship with their son. This request for full physical custody indicates that she wants to be the primary caregiver and decision-maker in her child’s life.
