Reportedly, Megan Thee Stallion, Roc Nation, and their lawyers are subpoenaing streamers like Adin Ross for depositions in the rapper’s defamation and cyberstalking lawsuit against blogger/streamer Milagro Gramz, real name Milagro Cooper.

Gramz is accused of launching an online campaign to spread false information about her following Tory’s conviction in the 2020 shooting incident. Additionally, the lawsuit looks to check for any potential payments or communications from Lanez to bloggers, streamers, etc. Prior to Adin Ross, fellow streamer and blogger DJ Akademiks has already been deposed in the lawsuit.

Adin Ross Claims Megan Thee Stallion, Roc Nation, And Their Lawyers Sent Mariachi Band To House To Serve Him Court Papers

During a livestream conversation with DJ Akademiks, Ross claimed that a Mariachi band lured him out his home to receive the deposition. Ross said that Megan Thee Stallion and her Roc Nation lawyers previously failed to serve him the court papers.

So, in an attempt to bait and lure him to them, Ross claims he fell for the trick and met a Mariachi band outside of his home one day. He said, “They couldn’t serve me outside of my house. My security wasn’t taking it. So, listen to what the lawyers did. They called a Mariachi to my house.”

DJ Akademiks couldn’t believe his ears and said, “Slow down. Roc Nation lawyers, they called what?” Ross reiterated, “They called a Mariachi. Like a Mexican band to perform outside my house.” Akademiks insisted, “You’re lying.” Ross quipped, “I swear to God. I have a picture. I’mma show it to you. I swear to God. [They sent the Mariachi band to my house] to make me come outside so they could serve me the papers.”

Akademiks remained in disbelief and said, “What the f**k?” While pulling up the picture and showing it to the screen, Ross again stated, “I swear to God, bro. That’s my driveway and that’s the Mariachi band.” Ross recalled what happened next.

DJ Akademiks Claims Megan Thee Stallion, Roc Nation, And Their Lawyers Asked A Federal Court In New Jersey To Have Him Deposed For Second Time

Ross told Akademiks, “So, my security is like, ‘Yo. At this point, bro…’ My lawyer’s like, ‘Adin, just tell them to contact me.’ So, me and my lawyer are hopping on a call tomorrow to figure out when I’m going to do the deposition…what you did. And I’m gonna ask if I can stream it.”

Akademiks replied, “Yo, they’re not giving up. By the way, I can tell they’re salty—and I’m gonna take the blame—everybody was going like, ‘Yo, Ak, you owned them so much,’ [so] they hit me again.” Ross in disbelief said, “No way.” Akademiks replied, “Oh, yes they…”

Akademiks then went on to claim that Megan Thee Stallion, Roc Nation, and their lawyers have asked a federal court in New Jersey to have him deposed for a second time after his first 7-hour interrogation. He said:

“I went through seven hours of questioning from Roc Nation. Flawlessly just dismantled them. They said, ‘There was one question you didn’t answer to our satisfaction, we’re approaching the federal court in New Jersey to try to force you to answer the question.’ So, I don’t know if I have to do another one for one question. They won’t give up. They said to me, ‘Hey, we want to connect with your lawyer or if you’re down to just tell us some stuff…’ I’m like, ‘Yo, these people never stop.’ If they sent a Mariachi band to your house…”

Ross later added, “I know what you mean. They know what they’re doing. They’re like baiting me in a way—and they know exactly—they would’ve probably called some other people, but they knew Mariachi and me made sense.”
