Has Adele secretly tied the knot? That’s what fans are saying based on the singer’s latest Instagram photo. On Sunday, the “I Drink Wine” hitmaker took to social media to share photos from her Los Angeles home to celebrate her Emmy win for her TV special, “Adele: One Night Only.” The feat means Adele now only needs a Tony award to attain EGOT status, which is when an entertainer has received all four major awards (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony).

But in one of the snaps that Adele posted to her Instagram, there’s a personalized game on her coffee table which reads, “The Paul’s,” leading many to wonder whether she and her beau Rich Paul have already gotten married. “Omg, are you married? The Paul’s?” one person wrote in the comment section while another echoed similar words, adding, “I peeped it as well. Is this her way of revealing she’s married? Love it lol.”

If Adele is married to the sports agent, it wouldn’t come as surprise to people considering how she gushed about her love life during her interview with ELLE UK last month. “I’ve never been in love like this,” she expressed. I’m obsessed with him. I definitely want more kids. I’m happy as I’ll ever be. I might as well be married.”

In the same interview, the 34-year-old also touched on her decision to scrap her Vegas residency earlier this year, which she initially blamed on COVID-19, explaining how a string of her team had not been able to rehearse or prepare because they had contracted the bug.

But it seems there was more to the situation after all, as Adele shed light on the staging being far from how she wanted things to be by the time she was set to perform. In her words, she said, “There was just no soul in it. The stage setup wasn’t right. It was very disconnected from me and my band, and it lacked intimacy. And maybe I tried too hard to give it those things in such a controlled environment.”

The devastating situation, which was only announced on the day of the first show, left some fans outraged considering they had traveled from countries as far as Australia just to see her live in concert — but Adele mentions that she was “embarrassed” by the handling of things.

Having to cancel the shows on the day her first show was to take place was not how she would have wanted to break the news to people, but she believes that enduring such a challenging moment in her life had ultimately helped her confidence grow and speak up.

“The first couple of months were really, really hard. I was embarrassed. But it actually made my self-confidence in myself grow, because it was a very brave thing to do. And I don’t think many people would have done what I did. I’m very proud of myself for standing by my artistic needs.”
