A$AP Rocky Says He’ll Continue To Visit Sweden Despite Traumatic Arrest

Despite going through a traumatic ordeal in 2019 involving being incarcerated in a foreign country, rap star, A$AP Rocky reveals that he will forever have a connection to Sweden and he will be making a return.

The 32-year-old spoke to People during the premiere for his documentary Stockholm Syndrome,

“Listen, I have a connection with Sweden,” he said. “… the architecture, I like innovations – I love all of it all. So for me, fashion, art – it all correlates to me and my style and my taste preference personally, so that’s why I am always going to continue to go back.”

Rocky was in jail following a street altercation in Stockholm, Sweden.

“We just wanted to show them they didn’t put fear in our hearts and we will be returning to do positive things.”

Rihanna also makes an appearance in the documentary alongside Rocky. He expressed his gratitude to the outlet for having her by his side.

“I’m honestly truly blessed, for real,” he said.

“What’s next for me was what I was doing before I went to prison,” he said. “Me and the prettiest motherf—er ever, we breaking headlines and making history with creativity.”
