The alleged “last victim” of Daejon Labrayae Love — the man posing as a San Francisco 49ers player — admits to spending “thousands of dollars” on him and reveals he was arrested by FBI at an airport where they were planning to meet.
FBI Arrests Daejon Love And Alleged Accomplice Taylor Jamie Chan Amid Romance Scheme
As we previously shared, Love is facing federal charges for allegedly defrauding over 26 women in California, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon and stealing $1.3 million in an elaborate romance scam. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Oregon and court documents, the FBI arrested the 35-year-old, along with Taylor Jamie Chan, 18, on August 24 in Boise, Idaho. Authorities charged the duo with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said Love and Chan began their scheme in February 2022 with Love meeting multiple women through dating apps. Using those dating profiles and social media accounts, Love created “fictitious personas.” He allegedly repeatedly presented himself as a member of the 49ers or a wealthy real estate investor.
Love would meet the women online with Chan posing as his financial advisor. The pseudonyms Love used included: Jon Love, Daejon Love, Avril Lyto Love, and Jordan Love.

Financial records show that Love and Chan received about $1.3 million from the 26 victims the FBI identified. However, the FBI believes there are “many more victims.” One of those alleged victims speaking out is a woman identified online as Lauren Lizz.
On Saturday (August 29), she took to her TikTok to share her story. She wrote:
“I was with Daejon everyday the last months. He played a great game.he didn’t pitch me the NFL scheme, I got the Swiss real estate developer background. We traveled 4 different states since July.
