Kel Mitchell Seemingly Ignores Ex-Wife’s Abuse Claims + Her Allegations Of Him Being Caught With A Man During Their Marriage — Thanks Current Wife And Fans For Their Support
Welp, it doesn’t look like Kel Mitchell will be feeding into all the online drama as he’s speaking out only to thank his wife Asia Lee, and his fans for their support.
As we previously reported, the Nickelodeon star recently made some shocking claims about his ex-wife, Tyisha Hampton during his appearance on Shannon Sharpe’s podcast, “Club Shay Shay.” While there, Mitchell revealed that Hampton had gotten pregnant by multiple men during their marriage, a claim that Hampton vehemently denies. According to Mitchell, Hampton had an abortion before they tied the knot. However, after they got married, she allegedly confessed that the aborted fetus did not belong to Mitchell but was instead from another man. Mitchell admits that he felt trapped in the marriage but chose to stay with Hampton regardless. He further alleges that she cheated on him and got pregnant again at a later time.

Hampton, who shares two kids with the entertainer — on the other hand, vehemently disputes Mitchell’s claims. She accuses him of lying about the abortions and describes him as narcissistic. In addition, she took to TikTok to share more allegations, claiming that Mitchell was physically and mentally abusive during their marriage. She even alleges that she caught him with another man! Despite the online chatter surrounding these allegations, Mitchell seems to be ignoring the controversy. Instead, he recently posted a heartfelt message directly to his fans his current wife Asia Lee, expressing his gratitude for their continued support. He said,
“Dear Everyone, I am deeply moved by the outpouring of love, personal stories, and breakthroughs you’ve shared after my Club Shay Shay interview. Your support means the world to me. I will continue to pray for you, and please pray for me. ‘The very experiences that you have resented or regretted most in life – the ones you’ve wanted to hide and forget – are the experiences God wants to use to help others. They are your ministry!’ – Rick Warren”
