A former male producer and videographer for Diddy has filed a lawsuit against the mogul and accused him of sexual assault.
In an exclusive report by TMZ, Rodney Jones claims he was sexually assaulted by Diddy multiple times was forced to do unwanted advances by some of his friends. In the shocking court documents obtained by TMZ, it is being reported that Diddy would grope Jones’s genitals and touch his anus. Jones goes on to allege Diddy would walk around naked in front of Jones. More shocking details allege that Diddy forced the former employee to watch an allege sex tape that involved, Love & Hip Hop Star, Stevie J and another man. Jones also uploaded a screen shot of the alleged sex tape in the documents.
In the lawsuit he also mentioned the City girls rapper, Yung Miami..Jones continued to alleged that Yung Miami’s female cousin attempted to sexually assault him and have sex with him in front of Diddy and his staff members. He also alleged that Diddy brought prostitutes to his home in Miami and claims he was drugged and possibly raped one night. He went on to share an alleged story about how Diddy introduced him to Cuba Gooding Jr. and the actor began “touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’s legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders.”
Well it didn’t take long for Diddy’s attorney to respond to this shocking new lawsuit. In an exclusive statement given to TMZ, Shawn Holley says “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 billion lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”
“We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
