Joseline Hernandez may need to find a comfortable spot in the slammer at this point because she has just been booked on two new felony charges over her big wild brawl with Big Lex.

In a video obtained by TMZ, Hernandez seemed less than thrilled to receive the news as no one wants to hear they’re going back to jail. However, based on what the judge is saying in the video, it sounds like she won’t be spending much time in the slammer.
So What The Heck Happened?
During Floyd Mayweather’s exhibition match with John Gotti, things took a wild turn after the event. Not only did a brawl break out in the ring after Mayweather won, but another showdown happened backstage with Hernandez.
Footage posted online showed the wild moments Hernandez, 36, engaging in multiple fights. It initially started with Joseline Cabaret’s co-star and rapper Big Lex. Then the fight spilled over to other folks who were in Joseline’s way including security.

Joseline was eventually arrested on four separate charges for her alleged involvement in the incident at the FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Fla., Broward County Sheriff’s Office records show. The altercation led to charges of trespassing and battery, TMZ reported.
After that ordeal, Hernandez appeared on the Breakfast Club to talk about the chaotic brawl and her arrest. She said at the time, “I can’t really speak too much on that but what I can say is that I’m always gonna protect myself,” said Joseline. “If you see me out here in the streets and you know I’m just making sure that I”m straight and no one hurts me. The media only shows you one thing, it looks like a whole lot of chaos but you might not know what happened prior to that chaos,” she added. “Because it’s me, it’s always bigger than it actually is.”
Addressing claims that her husband Balistic Beats, who was seen by her side in the brawl yelling at Lex, put his hands on the former Zeus star, Hernandez said, “He will not swing on a lady and he’s never swung on no lady. If he swings on a lady, she’s dead. He knows better than that, he doesn’t do it.”
Furthermore, Hernandez also addressed claims she was on drugs that night which fueled her anger and made her lash out at everyone. However, she denied those allegations.
“You ain’t never heard that I’m a junkie shooting up, did I like to party? Absolutely,” said Joseline on The Breakfast Club. “I don’t have to have nothing in my system, I wake up with the bulls***.”
“Clean is not doing the 1, 2,” she said with a snort as though she was sniffing cocaine. “Not doing the 1,2,” she added acting as though she was ingesting something. She explained, “I feel so much stronger and so much better, I feel like I don’t need the crutches anymore.”
