Looks like things are still a little shaky between Jordan Poole and Draymond Greene even after the Golden State Warriors traded the 24-year-old guard for Chris Paul. A new clip of a podcast featuring Patrick Beverly and Draymond Greene was released on Twitter last night where Greene was talking about the situation where footage got leaked of Golden State’s practicing and Greene punched his teammate Jordan Poole.

However, shortly after the clip began to circulate, Jordan Poole’s father, Anthony Poole, shared his thoughts on the incident between Green and his son. Within his comment, Anthony Poole also claimed that Green avoided him and his wife through the 2022-23 NBA season.

“I’m stand on this that’s is some bs,” Anthony Poole replied. “Jp was his guy and he avoid me all last yr. He is a soft a** b**** and I’m standing on this and he didn’t apologize to me and my wife. So he lame and me and him can meet anytime he want.”

After the Warriors season came to an end this year Greene revealed how the altercation with Poole caused him to not be leader in the locker room in a previous conversation with ESPN host, Stephen A. Smith.

“When you speak about all of the slippage we had as a team on the road, not being able to come together,” Green explained. “None of those things happen if that (the punch) doesn’t happen because the voice that I am and the departments that I lead this team in, there was a ton of slippage due to me sitting back, me not saying anything, me trying to allow that situation to play itself out and give it time to heal.”

As we previously reported, Shocking video shows Draymond Green violently attacking Jordan Poole, viciously punching him to the ground right in the middle of a team practice.

Green walks up to Poole and gets in his face. Poole pushes Green away with 2 hands to the chest. Green, who is 6’6″ and 230 lbs, responds with a vicious right cross to the face … so ferocious, it knocks Poole to the ground and it may have knocked him out cold.

Green then stands over Poole as teammates and coaches rush in to pull him away. It seems Poole was OK, because he continued practice, putting up shots on the court.
