Jonathan Majors has reportedly filed an NYPD domestic violence complaint against his assault accuser and ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari, in which he claims that she attacked him, and not the other way around.

As we previously reported, Majors is still be charged for the alleged dispute where his ex claims the actor broke her finger, twisted her arm, and struck her in the ear, causing it to bleed. Majors has denied the claims and his trial is set to take place on August 3rd. According to Insider, on June 21 the day after his last court appearance Majors reportedly spoke with law enforcement and told his own version of what actually happened that night — alleging that his “drunk and hysterical” ex-girlfriend scratched, slapped, and grabbed at his face, causing pain and bleeding, according to a domestic incident report and sworn affidavit obtained by Insider.

Majors’ ex also continues to claim the actor grabbed her “right arm, [placed] it behind my body, and use his hands to twist my right forearm and right middle finger, causing substantial pain to my right forearm and right middle finger.” Court documents also claim Majors strikes the victim with his hand on her right ear and caused a cut, and that he pushed her into a car using both of his hands, causing her to fall backward.

Majors’ lawyers, Priya Chaudhry, responded back to the new allegations outside of court on Tuesday saying, “We have provided the District Attorney with irrefutable evidence that the woman is lying, including video proof showing nothing happened, especially not where she claimed,” she said. “We did this with the explicit promise from the DA that they would not ‘fix’ their case and change it as we proved the woman is lying. This is a witch hunt against Jonathan Majors, driven by baseless claims,” Chaudhry continued.

“Instead of dismissing the allegations in the face of the woman’s clear lies, the DA has adjusted the charges to match the woman’s new lies. To be clear, there are no new charges against Mr. Majors.”

As we previously reported, in a New York County Criminal Court filing, Majors attorney, Priya Chaudhry revealed her client’s former girlfriend can be seen partying at Loosie’s Nightclub at the Moxy hotel in Manhattan in the early hours of March 25, shortly after the fight in question.

Chaudhry recently spoke with Page Six and said the woman felt “legally and morally entitled to physically assault” Majors and “considered this event to have no consequences for her.” Majors’ ex previously told authorities she sustained a broken finger and ear laceration after the alleged altercation. But Chaudhry points out in the filing that the woman can be seen on this video “allegedly using her injured right hand to go through a stack of credit cards” in order to pay for an $800 bottle of champagne on Majors’ card.
