Would You Buy This? Balenciaga Trolled For $4,200 Tote Bag With Built-In Glove

Balenciaga, a controversial luxury brand, made waves when they released their new pair of ‘garbage bag’ handbags for the winter 2022 collection. Now, the retail brand has dropped w another viral piece which has sent social media users into a frenzy.

The new ‘Glove Large’ tote bag’ just came out and is priced at $4,200 each. The bag is made of 1 lay of plastic and featured an unusual built-in glove. The internet was divided over the concept; some thought it was a genius idea and others deemed it to be expensive garbage. However, Balenciaga’s bold move into creating something so unique has certainly caught people’s attention around the world and will be remembered as part of their collection for years to come.

The interesting tote bag features a full-length glove that is attached to the right shoulder of the bag, allowing wearers to carry it like a large handbag. This design is extremely stylish and stands out from other designs on the market. The glove will also help those with sore arms when carrying the large tote. With its handle conveniently placed on one side of the arm, this makes it easy for wearers to carry their items without having too much strain on their arms. Furthermore, the unique design has actually been selling even despite the big price tag. Balenciaga has certainly made a statement with their innovative design and surely this won’t be seen as just another ordinary tote bag.

The Italy-made bag is part of Balenciaga’s Summer 23 collection and comes in black or neon pink. The description also reads that it’s made I’ll of smooth calfskin and has the Balenciaga logo embossed tone-on-tone at the front. It’s also Matte black hardware with an open top, one 1inner patch pocket, and 1 inner zipped pocket. In addition to that it has a nappa lambskin lining, and can be wiped with a soft cloth.
