Dylan Molina, who pleaded guilty to intoxicated manslaughter and three counts of intoxication assault last month and was sentenced to 15 years in prison, released the video earlier this week. One of the video clips, according to Too Fab, shows Molina allegedly serving eight double-vodka Red Bulls in less than three hours at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop in Lake Worth, Texas. According to police, he began drinking shortly after 10:37 a.m. and finished his last drink at 1:15 p.m. before getting into his car at 1:30 p.m.

Around 1:33 p.m., Molina crashed his vehicle into Euless Police Department Detective Alejandro “Alex” Cervantes’ vehicle after running a red light, instantly killing Cervantes and injuring his wife and their two children. The second video shows Molina fleeing from the scene before a Good Samaritan stops him and pins him down.

The bystander was identified as Justin Gonzalez, and he was seen tackling Molina as he attempts to escape from the crash site. He yells, “You f—ing killed somebody, you motherf—er, stay right there! You see what you did?!” and restrains him until police arrive at the scene. The video of his take down went viral on Twitter.

A breathalyzer revealed that Molina’s BAC was 0.144, several times above Texas’s legal limit.
