After much speculation, Rihanna has confirmed that she is making a return to music!

That’s right! The superstar shared a teaser video of the song titled “Lift Me Up” which will be a part of original soundtrack for the upcoming film, “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.” According to @Variety, it was written by Rihanna herself, Oscar winner Ludwig Göransson, Ryan Coogler, and Tems and also a tribute to the late Chadwick Boseman.

The “Free Mind” singer explained to the outlet, “After speaking with Ryan and hearing his direction for the film and the song, I wanted to write something that portrays a warm embrace from all the people that I’ve lost in my life. I tried to imagine what it would feel like if I could sing to them now and express how much I miss them,” said Tems. “Rihanna has been an inspiration to me so hearing her convey this song is a great honor.”
