Miley Cyrus’ mom Tish has filed for divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus, it has been revealed.

The couple, who have been married since 1993, have once again called it quits, with reports claiming that court documents were filed in Tennessee last week. Tish claimed that the pair haven’t lived together in well over two years.

She cited “irreconcilable differences” as her reason for their split, according to TMZ, marking it as the third time that the soon-to-be ex-couple has filed for divorce.

Tish and Billy share three children: daughters Miley, Noah, and son Braison. The Achy Breaky Heart singer is also a stepfather to Brandi and Trace, whom Tish welcomed with ex-husband Baxter Neal Helson during their three-year marriage between 1986 and 1989.

Outside of his relationship with Tish, the 60-year-old Old Town Road hitmaker also has another son named Christopher Cody with his ex-girlfriend Kristin Luckey.

Miley’s parents have shared a rocky marriage for years, with Billy Ray filing for divorce back in 2010 amid claims that Tish, who works as Miley’s manager, allegedly shared an affair with rockstar Bret Michaels — an allegation Bret’s team strongly denied at the time.

Tish later filed for divorce in June 2013, with her partner later telling PEOPLE, “This is a personal matter and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”

Miley and her siblings have not yet commented on their parents’ latest court filing.
