Henry Ruggs Ordered To Wear Ankle Monitor That Measures Alcohol Level 24/7 After Missing Mandatory Test
A judge on Monday ruled former Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs to wear an ankle monitor 24 hours a day to calculate his alcohol level through his skin after he missed one of his mandatory alcohol tests.

A representative of the corporation in charge of the Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring device, or SCRAM, Baucum said it seemed that Ruggs’ missed test was due to a miscommunication
“As everybody knows this is a high-profile case, but you have to be treated the same as any other defendant, as any other person that appears before the court,” Baucum shared.
As previously reported, A Las Vegas judge ruled Henry Ruggs III to appear before her on Monday after it was brought to her attention that he missed a mandatory alcohol test while on house arrest following a deadly crash he’s accused of resulting in by driving drunk at speeds up to 156 mph.

Per Wolfson, the former Raiders wide receiver could face up to 50 years in prison.
