Lil’ Kim To Speak On 30-Year Legacy & Personal Life In New Memoir ‘The Queen Bee’ Due In November
Lil’ Kim, born Kimberly Denise Jones, is reclaiming her title as “The Original Queen Bee” as she readies the release of her first memoir, where she’ll speak on her 30-year legacy, prison stint, personal life and much more.
On Wednesday (Apr. 28), the iconic femcee announced the release of her book, ‘Lil Kim: The Queen Bee,’ due for release on November 2, via Hachette Books and co-written by Kathy Iandoli. Speaking with PEOPLE, Kim says, “I’m excited to finally get to tell my story after all this time. I’m excited to finally get to tell my story after all this time.”

The book’s press release reads, “Lil’ Kim not only blazed trails for women in hip-hop, but also inspired the careers of those who followed. However, life at the top hasn’t been easy, either.
