Host Jason Lee works his magic once again this week on the latest episode of Hollywood Unlocked with Jason Lee [UNCENSORED], with another exclusive tell-all interview, this time Lil Mo.
Mo, is an American singer, songwriter, rapper, television and radio personality. She is best known for her single “Superwoman Pt. II” featuring then-unknown rapper Fabolous.
This week, Lil Mo gets candid on her abusive marriage to Karl Dargan and how it left her suicidal & addicted to drugs.
“It wasn’t the first time, just the last straw. I still have the audio and my daughter was lil mommy now, because I was ready to kill him that night. In march 2019 I would think.. I will blow your head off and kill your dad. I had suicidal thoughts and all of that. But i thought of my kids and had to push through having to pick up and move and do shows in between, maintain relationships/friends and then go through the withdrawal. My manager told me to delete everything and start over.”
Mo also sheds light on experiencing abuse in the industry, from hearing Raz B to her own experience with molestation.
Mo says for her it “started at five until 8-years-old and the person who molested me molested my sister as well. The way I grew up in the church, I thought I was being fast because of jeans, etc. and i said don’t touch my sister let me be the target and my sister told my cousin.”
