Trump claimed the state of women’s sports is making the wrong turn and wants to protect it at all costs. During the speech, he states that some sports aren’t as challenging for new competitors and how women have to compete with people who were born biologically male as a jab towards the transgender community. “It’s not good for women. It’s not good for women’s sports, which worked so long and so hard to get to where they are. The records that stood for years, even decades, are now being smashed with these smashed. If this has not changed women’s sports as we know it, it will die, they’ll end,” Trump says.
Later on, during the keynote speech, Trump teased that he may run for president again in 2024. He stated he will continue to support the Republican party and will not open his own despite previous reports. Trump added that the first month of Biden’s president has been “disastrous” as reported by TMZ.
“With your help, we will take back the House. We will win the Senate. And then a Republican President will make a triumphant return to the White House. And I wonder who that will be.”
