UPDATE: Kylie Jenner Gets Protective Order Against Stalker

A judge had granted a protective order for Kylie Jenner weeks after her stalker entered her neighborhood and broke into a neighbor’s home.

Three weeks ago, Kylie Jenner requested a temporary restraining order against her stalker, Justin Berquist, and it has been approved by a judge as of Wednesday. According to TMZ, court documents state that Berquist broke into a home in her gated community and fled the scene on foot after he was spotted by a resident. Hours later, he returned to the area to search for Jenner.

Additionally, Berquist traveled from North Dakota to stalk Jenner and she says she doesn’t know who he is. He also told security that he was looking for her and Jenner believes he was trying to break into her home. Berquist was arrested and charged with burglary.

The temporary restraining order is asking Berquist to stay at least 100 yards away from Jenner.
