Barack Obama Gives Drake His Blessing To Portray Him In A Biopic
Drake is going to love this! While stopping by Complex to promote his new memoir “A Promised Land” Barack Obama was asked about Drizzy’s comments from 2010 when he said it was actually a professional goal of his to play the former President in a movie.
As TMZ notes, Drake previously said he watched all of Obama’s national addresses and even studied his speaking inflection, and believes he would be perfect to take on the role of the former Prez in a biopic.
Welp, Drake may want to start practicing again, because Barack, just gave his blessing and even praised him for being a “talented brother.” Now, before Drake came one of the most legendary rappers in the game, he was an actor and appeared on the popular teen show “Degrassi.” While we haven’t seen Drake in shows/ films since then, he has showed off his acting skills in music videos and while hosting award shows.
