Social Media Tells Donald Trump: “You’re FIRED”

As we previously reported, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden has defeated President Trump, denying him a second term in office. The former president seemed to be in denial about his loss as he released a lengthy statement not too long ago, saying he will be taking legal action over the election results.

“The simple fact is this election is far from over. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor,” Trump said in a statement released by his campaign.”

While Donald gathers himself for court, social media users wasted no time reminding him that he is “no longer their president.” Some even hit him with his famous line from The Apprentice: “YOU’RE FIRED!” Take a look at some of the hilarious tweets and memes:

Both Harris and Biden have released their first tweets since their big win. Harris said: “This election is about so much more than @JoeBiden or me. It’s about the soul of America and our willingness to fight for it. We have a lot of work ahead of us. Let’s get started.”

President-elect Joe Biden also shared his first presidential tweet saying:

“America, I’m honored that you have chosen me to lead our great country. The work ahead of us will be hard, but I promise you this: I will be a President for all Americans — whether you voted for me or not. I will keep the faith that you have placed in me.”
