Naya Rivera is confirmed missing after her four-year-old son was found alone on a board in the middle of a lake in Southern California.

TMZ reports the deputies of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office found Rivera’s son, Josey Hollis Dorsey, alive in a boat on Lake Piru before 5 p.m. He told deputies that his mother jumped in the water but she didn’t come back up for air. A search was conducted by divers but so far there has been no traces of her whereabouts.

Her son is doing well and he is currently in the care of family members. A day before she went missing, Rivera posted on Instagram a picture of herself and her son with the caption: “just the two of us”
