Georgia Officials Investigating Man Who Took Video Of Ahmaud Arbery Murder

Georgia Bureau of Investigation Director Vic Reynolds announced that a part of their look into the murder of Ahmaud Arbery, 25, will include them investigating the man who took the video of the tragic incident.

Reynolds says that the video, spread widely across social media, is a solid piece of evidence in their case, stating, “I’m very comfortable in telling you there’s more than sufficient probable cause for felony murder.” Within 36 hours of the viral video, the Bureau was able to obtain arrest warrants for father and son murder suspects, Gregory McMichael, 64, and Travis McMichael, 34.

Reynolds says that William “Roddie” Bryan, the man who shot the video on his phone, will also be investigated by the GBI. He explains, “Hypothetically, if we believe there’s probable cause for an arrest, then we’ll do it.”

In addition, explaining on the what took so long to capture the suspects, Reynolds shares, “I’m very comfortable in telling you there’s more that sufficient probable cause for felony murder. I’m very comfortable in telling you there’s more that sufficient probable cause for felony murder.”
