7 University Of Wyoming Students Sue Their Sorority For Admitting Transgender Woman, Who Allegedly ‘Peeped On Them With An Erection’
Seven past and present University of Wyoming students claim that their new sorority sister “peeped on them” while changing clothes, and had an “erection visible.”
The students, who have not been publicly named, filed a lawsuit against their school, and its sorority chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma.

Also named in the suit is their transgender sorority sister, 21-year-old Artmeis Langford — who joined the chapter back in September 2022.
It is reported that Langford, who is 6’22 and 260 pounds, is set to move into the Kappa Kappa Gamma (KKG) house, with 50 other women, however, past and current sorority sisters are not here for it.
At the moment, Langford lives outside of the sorority house, but reportedly comes by often. In the suit, which refers to Langford under the male pseudonym Terry Smith, the students claim Langford allegedly watches the women inside the house, and they have caught her, on at least one occasion, with an erection.
They claim, “[Smith] had an erection visible through his leggings several times. Other times, he has had a pillow in his lap.”
The lawsuit also alleges that during a slumber party, “Smith repeatedly questioned the women about what vaginas look like, breast cup size, whether women were considering breast reductions and birth control.”
The suit adds, “An adult human male does not become a woman just because he tells others that he has a female ‘gender identity’ and behaves in what he believes to be a stereotypically female manner.”

It continues, “The Fraternity Council has betrayed the central purpose and mission of Kappa Kappa Gamma by conflating the experience of being a woman with the experience of men engaging in behavior generally associated with women.”
According to Executive Director of the sorority, Kari Kittrell Poole, KKG does not discriminate based on gender identity, and other factors. Poole claims the lawsuit “contains numerous false allegations.”
