As 50 Cent and his son’s mother Daphne Joy continue to beef back and forth online, the rapper now denies claims alleging he physically and sexually assaulted the mother of his child. Instead, he insists that she is only retaliating against him for seeking sole custody of their son after allegations broke about Joy being named as an alleged sex worker for Diddy.
Following in the steps of Cassie, and three other women alleging sexual abuse, rape, and sex trafficking, a producer named Rodney Jones, aka Lil Rod, filed his own sexual abuse lawsuit against Diddy last month.
On March 25, Diddy’s Los Angeles and Miami properties were raided by the federal government, and on the same day, Jones amended his lawsuit with additional allegations. Along with accusing Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Yung Miami of being an alleged sex worker for the mogul, Jones also named Daphne Joy, and an influencer named Jade Ramey.
Once the news broke, 50 Cent began poking fun at his ex, calling her a sex worker in various Instagram posts. Headlines then broke reporting that 50 Cent had filed for sole custody of his 12-year-old son with Daphne Joy, Sire. Hours later, Joy broke her silence on Jones’ lawsuit claims, calling them “100% false.” She wrote, “I am deeply hurt by the lies in Rodney Jones’ lawsuit. The claim that I am a sex worker is 100% false and character assassination. I am retaining an attorney to explore all legal remedies against both Rodney and his attorney.”
In a second post, Joy condemned her son’s father for joking about the claims and further alleged that he “raped” and “physically abused” her in the past. Addressing 50 Cent as “Curtis James Jackson, Daphne Joy began, “Everything is a joke to you until our safety is compromised, which is happening now. You are wreaking real havoc, frenzy, and chaos onto people’s lives. How would u feel if Sire was the one in handcuffs? For nothing.”
She added, “We moved to New York to give you the opportunity to be a father to your son and you saw him 10 times out of the 2 years that we lived 1 mile away from you. I am tired of upholding and protecting an image to our son that you have never even earned. Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me. You are no longer my oppressor and my God will handle you from this point on. You have permanently damaged the last hope I had for you as a father to preserve our family with these last and final false claims made against me. You have broken our hearts for the last and final time.”

Responding to his ex’s claims, 50 Cent continued to troll her as an alleged sex worker, adding that he’ll see her in family court. In another post, he addressed Daphne Joy’s claim that he’s an absent father and said that when she moved to New York to be closer to him, he denied her a second baby and she allegedly began receiving money from Diddy.
50 Cent wrote, “You moved a mile away in hopes of having another baby with me, but I was busy. So, you moved back and then you started receiving money from Brother Love. Now, here we are, little sex worker.” Joy commented under his post and said, “Delusional.”
She continued to speak to him in her Instagram Story, writing, “It’s funny how people start with you and get mad when you defend yourself. Family court, great! Play catch with your son. Play basketball. Teach him some fatherly things instead of trolling all damn day on IG. He lacks a father figure in his life and needs male guidance. You’re finally catching on. Great idea.”
Meanwhile, 50 Cent addressed the rape allegations with TMZ and told them, “The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy the mother of my twelve-year-old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire. The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time.”
