50 Cent Reportedly Demands ‘Love & Hip Hop’ Star Teairra Mari Be Ordered To Appear In Court Over $50k Debt
50 Cent did not forget about the money that is owed to him by Teairra Mari. According to @radaronline, the rapper has made another attempt to get the “Love & Hip-Hop” star to pay up.

As it was previously reported, in 2019, Mari sued 50 and her ex-boyfriend Akbar Abdul-Ahad for alleged revenge porn. She claimed Akbar hacked into her Instagram and posted a photo of her as he released on her face. 50 Cent reposted the photo to make fun of the situation. He denied doing anything wrong and asked for all claims to be dismissed. The judge sided with 50 and even awarded him $30k in attorney fees. Since then, the entertainer has been attempting to collect his money.
Now Mari has previously made it clear that she doesn’t have the money but 50 is not buying it. According to new court documents obtained by Radar, 50 Cent is demanding Mari be ordered to show up to court and answer questions under oath. He is asking for the judge to set a hearing for April 20 and wants Mari to have to bring her bank records. He believes she’s been avoiding the case completely and holding out, and says she hasn’t coughed up the nearly $50K that is owed.
He is hoping the court hearing will help him finally get through. If the judge signs off, the order will read, “If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding,” Per Radar Online.
Mari has yet to publicly react to the news about her case.
