In a new lawsuit filed against the embattled music mogul, a man using the alias John Doe is accusing Diddy of an act so out-of-pocket, it had folks doing a double-take.
According to TMZ, Doe claims that back in September 2020, during a private listening session for a Biggie project, Diddy allegedly masturbated using one of The Notorious B.I.G.’s shirts—and yeah, he said Diddy finished on it too.
The Alleged Incident Involving Biggie’s Legacy
Doe says the incident went down in a Los Angeles warehouse where some of Biggie’s personal belongings were being stored. He claims Diddy had invited a small group over, handed out drugs, and let everyone wander freely around the place.
But things allegedly took a strange—and deeply disturbing—turn when Doe ended up alone in a room with Diddy.
In the legal documents, Doe alleges that Diddy pressured him to take ketamine, then pulled out his phone and started watching porn. That’s when the real chaos allegedly began.
Diddy’s Alleged Use of Biggie’s Shirt…
According to Doe, Diddy grabbed one of Biggie’s old shirts off a rack and started pleasuring himself right there in front of him. And then—brace yourself—Doe says Diddy told him to “finish” the job.
But before anything else could happen, Diddy reportedly orgasmed onto the shirt.
And get this… Doe alleges Diddy then wiped the semen-covered shirt across his lap and said, “RIP Biggie,” before walking out the room laughing.
Doe Sues Diddy for Sexual Battery, Emotional Distress + More
John Doe is now suing Diddy for intentional infliction of emotional distress, sexual battery, and additional damages.
This marks yet another legal challenge in what’s already been a mountain of civil and criminal cases filed against the Revolt co-founder.
50 Cent Had Time… Again
And of course, nobody was shocked when 50 Cent stepped in to troll Diddy once more—this time with a next-level Instagram roast.
He posted,
“Man got damn it, ®* enough is an enough I been telling Yall slime was at the other end of the rainbow. If but you said 50 a hater. He just like to call men daddy. LOL @50centaction.”
This is far from the first time Fif has gone in on Diddy over the lawsuits—but it might just be one of the wildest allegations he’s responded to yet.
Diddy’s Legal Team Responds
Despite the jaw-dropping nature of the new claims, Diddy’s legal team isn’t backing down. In a formal statement, they doubled down on his recent acquittal and maintained his innocence:
“Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges proves what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone. That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations — no matter how heinous and uncorroborated — is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”
Meanwhile, Diddy is still facing multiple lawsuits across the country. And while he was found not guilty on the most serious sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges, this new suit adds even more pressure.

Combs’ sentencing on remaining charges is currently set for October 3. It remains to be seen whether this latest case will impact the court’s decision—but the public pressure ain’t slowing down anytime soon.
