2 In Custody After Car Drives Through Barrier Along Kansas City Chiefs Parade
Cops have detained two people following a police chase along the Chiefs Kingdom Champions Parade route on Wednesday morning.

According to local news channel The Denver, the incident began when the vehicle drove through a barrier set up at Admiral and Grand boulevards in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Thankfully, the chase didn’t last long as police managed to stop the vehicle by crashing into it. Kansas City Police Department Sgt. Jake Becchina said two people were taken into custody following the incident.
While full details on the police chase have not been shared yet, some reports claim that impairment may have been a big factor. As of right now, no one is said to have been injured in the incident.
The bit celebration for the Chiefs, who defeated the San Fransisco 49ers at the Super Bowl on Sunday is expected to begin in just a couple of hours.
