’16 & Pregnant’ star Jordan Cashmyer has died at the age of 26 but a cause of death is currently unknown.

Although her death was confirmed, a medical examiner did not disclose the manner or cause of it as per TMZ. Cashmyer and her boyfriend, Derek Taylor, appeared on the show in 2014 where they discussed their issues dealing with homelessness and being disowned by Jordan’s family since they didn’t approve of her relationship with Derek.
The couple broke up after the show but they were not able to take care of their daughter, Evie, and her parents stepped in to help. Cashmyer also signed away her custody rights to Taylor’s mother in 2015 as she struggled with her mental health, addiction, and thoughts of suicide.

TMZ also noted that Cashmyer worked as a stripper in 2017 and was also arrested for drug possession.
